Hi support team,

i bought last year the diagnostic software "XDIAG" for my real 100% DBScar VII, for passenger Cars 1 Year. Now my abonement for 1 Year had ended and so i wan´t to buy it new for 1 Year. But.. I have WhatsApp not anymore and use instead Telegram. Can i tell you my serial number of my DBScar VII via Telegram, if i bought the new software abonement "xdiag for passenger cars 1 year" ? My phone number haven´t changed, only my messenger app.


A small addendum:

I purchased my original 100% DBScar VII, as well as the latest Xdiag software for passenger cars (valid for one year), from your online shop in November 2024, and the last software activation was also handled by your support team. Perhaps your support team can find the necessary information (serial number of my DBScar VII dongle) in my customer database to reactivate it for another year?
