Our shipping method contains: DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT and FedEx, as well as ordinary airmail- Singapore Post
if choose Airmail Post: the package will be shipped by post office, the shipping method contails: Singapore Post, China Post, Hongkong Post...etc. the delivery time is 7days - 45days or so.
if choose Express Shipping Service, the package will be shipped out by DHL, UPS,EMS, FEDEX, TXT, Aramex..etc. the delivery time is 3-7days or so.
Note: airmail post is only for weight less than 2kg.

1) Hongkong post and Singpost is only for weight less than 2kg.
2) Usually the not-so-valuable item less than 150 USD is shipped by Hongkong Post, the delivery time is 7-18 working days.
3) The items more than 150 USD is shipped to you by express. For express, It's really important for you to provide us with your correct shipping address, contact telephone number, zip code, so that we can delivery the item to you effectively and timely.

5) Please note that, the shipping cost on our site, it's not include the Custom Cost in your country, If there is any Custom Cost in your Country, you should pay for it. Usually if Shipped by China Post, there is no Custom Cost. We used to declare customs with low value to avoid customs paying high tax. If you have any special requirement when you place order, please leave us a message.
If you are Brazil customers, please mail us telling us in advance your CPF No., it is essential for shipment and customs clearance.
NOTICE: Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. For example, so far only EMS is available for Russia, but other shipping method likes DHL, UPS couldn't reach Russia. In this case, our customer service will provide you some instruction.
Besides the shipping option mainly depending the delivery time, the following points are also influent factors.
- Your destination: the shipping time to some country is different from the other countries because of your location.
- The package weight: the package over 21kg will arrive you one day later than that of small package under 21kg.
- Our courier processing time: our available couriers are optional, and their processing time is one different from that of the other ones. And for several countries, only part of our shipment is available, For example, items to Russia, only EMS is available. And Singapore Post to USA, it only costs 8 working days not 12-15 working days.
- Our items stock status: as usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
- The harsh weather condition and festival holiday: sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.
- The shipping cost we quote is automatically calculated according to your package weight & dimension, based on the same country, the heavier or the bigger in size, the more shipping cost the package is charged. And based on the same weight, different destination you are from will be charged different delivery cost.
- Our shipping methods are multi-optional, and their shipping cost charge is one different from another, but in general there is not too much difference. Moreover, the shipping cost is subject to change without notice. We're constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you though!
- If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.
Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. We suggest you to contact us and make sure whether items can be shipped to your country using a specific shipping method.
For example, two days ago, you bought one item from us, but today we haven’t send it out, and today you go on ordering another one from us. In this situation, you want us to combine the two items into one package. If it is possible we will arrange to ship you in one package.
If you want to change your shipping method, you have to contact our customer service, you do this before your package is shipped out from us, and as usual your package is shipped out in two days after your payment.
If you to change your shipping method, you have to take note in the PayPal Message when you pay by PayPal before we ship the item out.

Sometimes the tracking No. given you is invalid, and you think we cheat you, dont be worried. Please read the following three possibilities:
- Our courier hasn’t updated the recent delivery information to their website.
- The tracking code was not correct, maybe one letter of the tracking No. is incorrect.
- The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.

The customs value writing on the invoice is the import duty that customs charge from you customers, the customs value depends on your country's tariff policy. Normally we declare the customs value with our experience, unless you want to declare with your own requirement.
2. Who will be responsible for the import duty?
Import duty is what your country customs will charge you when your package passes through your country customs. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. So dear customer, your package import duty will be responsible by importer yourself, we are not responsible for the import duty, because we have no idea about your importing country's tariff policy and can not confirm the customs cost.
Chinaobd2.com doesn't add the import duty in our product price or our shipping cost.
3 How much we should declare for the invoice?
Our shipping options include Regular Mail and Express Service. So the amount of customs will be different.
●For package shipped by Singapore Post (please refer to our Shipment Policy), usually the value will be marked with 10USD or gift, that will not cause any problems in customer clearance, but it depends on your country tariff policy. If you have any questions on the parcel of customer clearance, please contact our customer service.
If the item value is large, and your countries customs is very strict, please tell us what you want to describe about the item name, and how we declared the value, if you are Brazilian, please tell us your CPF number.
●For package shipped by Express Service, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT. The amount of import duty will be charged differently because of the difference of your importing country’s tariff policy.
DHL upgraded policy about declared value:
1. According to the regulation of DHL, the customs declared value should be not less than 80USD, otherwise DHL company will not delivery the package, or some documents will be provided to DHL, which will bring us much inconvenience, therefore, we have to declare the value up to 80USD. Please you get this note.
In order to resist the too-low declared value; the Customs regulate some customs clearance policy. If your package declared value is too low, you will be fined or your package will be returned to us. At the same time you as package receiver will be blacklisted in the Customs and DHL.
2. If you sign for the package with your personal name, we will be required by DHL Company to provide the trade documents between us.
UPS and EMS:
So far, UPS and EMS haven’t upgraded their customs clearance policy as DHL Company required.
Our suggestion: we provide a regular mail (Singapore Post), if you do not can’t wait for your package, we recommend you Singapore Post, the delivery time of Singapore Post is usually 7-18 days, but will charge less import value.
4. What will we do for customer when package encounter customs clearance problem?
When you encounter customs clearance issues, we will supply you the shipping invoice which you have to supply to customs. At the same time, we also will contact China DHL to help you deal with such situation.

According to the new Ecuador customs clearance regulations, the following contents must be included in the commercial invoice that we provide to DHL Company:
1. Shipper LOGO printed at the top left corner

What is customs?
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first.
Who will be responsible for my import duty?
Import duty is what your country customs will charge you when your package passes through your country customs. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties. So dear customer, your package import duty will be responsible by importer yourself, we are not responsible for the import duty. Because we have no idea about your importing country's tariff policy and can not confirm the customs cost.

How much I will be charged for the import duty?

If you have specific requirement on the declare value of the invoice that we will give to DHL when ship your package, please leave message on our website or mail to support@chinaobd2.com, we will do as you required.
If you have no instruction about the invoice declare value, usually we will declare the item value range from 20USD-200USD which depends on the package weight and package volume.
What will we do if your package encounter customs clearance issues ?
When you encounter customs clearance issues, we will supply you the shipping invoice which you have to supply to customs. At the same time, we also will contact China DHL to help you deal with such situation.

When your product get damaged after using some time and need repair, we provide repair service for you. Please contact with www.chinaobd2.net customer service about the repair.
You need use simple airmail to send the item back to us, after we fix it, we will send back to you. We will not charge you for simple airmail ship back, but if you ask for express shipping, you need to pay for this.

Our test engineer will check for quality, including check the basic function of the hardware and software, the appearance, the packing, the necessary accessories and power adapter plug standard. Lost Products:
If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.
