You have to block the vcds with windows firewall or it blocks cable than you have to refresh with loader keep vcds blocked and works good

My Hex -V2 Cable is plugged into the car with 21.3 software downloaded from Ross tech.But it still shows interface not found I Uninstalled the app then reinstalled it clicked in that 32bit -64 bit icon box during installation but still no luck. please help

Not very happy I buy and download latest version from main website I use latest hex v2 loader to update firmware software says activated but when using it says need genuine license and license invoked

hi, if you buy the HEX V2 updated version, you will be able to update the firmware. it supports both firmware and software updated.

Getting the VBF files is not working. You cannot download them from the UCDS server with this version eg with the update wizard.
The ford IDS download link doesnt have all the VBF files publically availalbe anymore.

hi,
The first thing, you need make sure the ucds cable you bought is from us,
the another thing, it is that this cable donot support ford ids. it only works with ucds software.
it should be the system problem of your computer, you can try to test it on another computer.
and please tell your order serial number on our site.
